Published Apr 08, 2019In surprisingly good news, Toronto will be getting a brand new live music venue later this week. Jasper Dandy is slated to officially open on Friday (April 12), and organizers have just announced the first slew of performances.
The 200-capacity east end venue is located at 725 Queen Street E, and it will kick off its tenure with a streak of three grand opening shows.
On Friday, patrons will be treated to a show featuring Sam Coffey & the Iron Lungs, Wine Lips and a guest DJ.
On April 19, Zeus, Communism and another guest DJ will fill the space, and on April 26, Single Mothers, Bad Waitress, Dear-God and a guest DJ will provide the entertainment.
The aforementioned shows are all free to attend with an RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org. They're presented in conjunction with Dine Alone Records.
See the lineup below, and check out the venue's official website for full information.
